Job Description:Horizon Program - Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a physician with a passion for innovation and team development to join the Horizon Program. This role is ideal for physicians interested in expanding their influence, improving care delivery, and contributing to organizational decision-making. This position may also offer the potential for a successful physician to progress into a balance of clinical and leadership responsibilities.

About the Horizon Program

The Horizon Program provides a complete range of quality medical and social services to all identified HIV-positive persons in central and mid-coast Maine. This includes the Horizon Clinic - one-stop access to primary care, mental health services, case managers and others - offering an easy way to meet many needs and to get questions answered all at once, saving time, energy and expense. We offer case management services for people with HIV or AIDS.
