The Opportunity: The Homeowner Services Representative serves as the primary Home Representative for a designated portfolio of homes, as assigned by the Director, Homeowner Services. This role is responsible for overseeing, inspecting, and coordinating the work of Housekeeping and Technicians to ensure homes are guest-ready each day. The Home Services Representative communicates with team members and relevant departments to complete outstanding punch-list items, identify deficiencies, and follow through to resolution to maintain the highest standards for homeowners and guests.


Duties and Functions

  • Liaise with the Assistant Homeowner Service Manager on all issues regarding assigned homes, ensuring timely follow-up with all departments.
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new homes as needed.
  • Update member binders quarterly with inventory, weekly punch-list items, and member preferences.
  • Inspect homes prior to member and guest arrivals to confirm readiness to Club and Owner Standards; report ready status promptly to the Front Desk team.
  • Conduct home orientations for arriving members and guests.
  • Ensure homes are clean, closed, and secured after each departure.
  • Identify and report any damages caused by renters or guests; communicate replacement costs to Owners and responsible parties within 24 hours of rental departure.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual services are completed on time and to standard.
  • Perform weekly home walkthroughs (by end of shift each Sunday) and monthly inspections (by the 26th of each month) of all assigned homes, covering all interior and exterior operational aspects.
  • Conduct quarterly home inventories.
  • Meet with members on arrival and departure to provide updates on work progress and address concerns.
  • Perform wellness checks on members staying more than seven days.
  • Provide direction and support to Housekeepers, Housemen, and Technicians as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification Standards

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar or related role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment
  • Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs for extended periods
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Professional, positive demeanor with integrity and honesty
  • Ability to interact respectfully with homeowners, guests, and fellow employees
  • Knowledge of standard policies and procedures
  • Must be available to work all days of the week, including holidays
