Community Director – North Richland Hills (Fort Worth Area)
We are seeking a Community Director to lead and develop a team of Portfolio Managers within our North Richland Hills office. This role is a key leadership position focused on strengthening team performance, supporting newer managers, and driving client retention across a growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Portfolio Managers, many of whom are early in their careers
- Drive team performance, accountability, and professional growth
- Partner with senior leadership to improve employee retention and client satisfaction
- Serve as an escalation point for complex community and board matters
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of GAAP at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at an expert level.
- Evaluate staffing needs and participate in hiring and team structuring decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center (CSSC), to ensure operational alignment and service delivery
- Build strong relationships with board members, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Master of Business Administration Degree Preferred
- 7 - 10years of directly related or closely related experience
- 5 - 7 years of Management and/or Supervisory experience
- 5 – 7 years of Community Association experience
