We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityNow Specialist with 8+ years of experience to support and drive identity and access management (IAM) initiatives across a pan-India footprint. This role is critical in ensuring secure, scalable, and compliant identity governance across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the integration, customization, and ongoing support of SailPoint IdentityNow, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver robust IAM solutions. The position demands strong technical expertise in Java, enterprise integrations, and IAM best practices, along with proven experience in client-facing technical delivery and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and administration of SailPoint IdentityNow within client environments
- Design, implement, and customize SailPoint IdentityNow to meet business and technical requirements
- Develop custom Java code, connectors, and interfaces with enterprise and cloud systems such as SAP and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to communicate technical and functional aspects of the solution
- Lead the development of use cases, perform testing and debugging, and ensure ongoing maintenance of configurations
- Engage with clients to gather requirements, deliver customizations, and incorporate feedback
- Conduct technical demonstrations of IdentityNow configurations, out-of-the-box features, and custom capabilities
- Create comprehensive technical and user documentation for solutions and processes
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience with a focus on identity and access management
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) in production environments
- Deep understanding of identity management principles, including account provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance
- Proficiency in Java development, along with experience in BeanShell/JavaScript and SQL
- Solid knowledge of web technologies, including XML, SCIM, web/application servers, and HTML
- Familiarity with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and their implementation
- Demonstrated experience in IAM support operations, including incident, task, change, and problem management
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and documentation
- Excellent English language proficiency and proven communication skills for client and partner interactions
Preferred:
- SailPoint IdentityNow Professional Certification or training
- SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer Certification or training
Skills Required
