We are seeking a skilled MS Dynamics 365 (D365) Developer with strong expertise in Azure integration and custom development to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 environment, leveraging advanced capabilities such as PCF controls, Azure Functions, and Power Automate. This role is critical to ensuring seamless system integrations, optimized business processes, and scalable application performance across D365 Sales and Customer Service modules. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom PCF controls using JavaScript and Azure Functions.
- Implement and manage D365 customizations and configurations across Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Develop and deploy Canvas and Model-Driven Apps to support business workflows.
- Build and maintain custom workflows, actions, and plugins to extend D365 functionality.
- Integrate D365 with external systems using Azure Functions and other middleware solutions.
- Manage solution deployments, including packaging, versioning, and lifecycle management.
- Support security configuration and role-based access management within D365.
- Collaborate on end-to-end integration projects, ensuring data consistency and system reliability.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the development team.
Requirements
- 4-10 years of hands-on experience in MS Dynamics 365 (D365) development and customization.
- Proven experience in PCF Controls development using JavaScript – mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in Azure Functions and integration patterns with Dynamics CE – mandatory.
- Experience with Power Automate, custom workflows, and actions in D365.
- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
- Solid understanding of D365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Experience with solution deployment and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of SSIS and Power BI is a plus.
- Dynamics 365 CE Certification is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with security management and best practices in D365 environments.
