Role Summary
The Analyst will join the Systematic Strategies team in the Research & Investment group. This experienced professional will work on investment analytics, data analysis and visualization of financial data, supporting portfolio management, investment research, risk reporting, and benchmark/index analytics. It requires strong technical capability, familiarity with vendor-sourced multi-asset financial datasets, and the ability to collaborate effectively with investment and technology teams.

Partner effectively with investment and technology teams to deliver scalable analytics, reporting solutions, and data-driven insights that support investment decision-making
Develop and enhance analytical dashboards and reporting capabilities, including data visualization, performance monitoring, benchmark analytics, and investment reporting
Requirements
Develop investment analytics, portfolio monitoring, performance measurement and risk reporting solutions
Build and maintain Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense dashboards
Build and manage scalable data and reporting solutions for multi-asset research team
Experience in handling large multi-asset financial datasets using PySpark and SQL
Proficiency with Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly
Automate reporting processes and integrate data from APIs and financial data providers

Ability to apply domain knowledge to support reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in quantitative, financial, economic, or engineering discipline (MBA preferred)
4+ years of experience in investment analytics, BI or financial analytics.
Progress towards CFA/FRM certifications preferred
