Responsibilities:
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Determine descriptions and analysis of Operations and Client needs, business impacts and system process functionality.
- Analyze individual program/account performance on a regular basis, perform root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans.
- Managing application management and Intensive research and analysis of new techniques to improve productivity.
- Provide analytical support and identify business trends that require action.
- Understands the project schedule and plans/prioritizes the work schedule for a team and meets time deadlines consistently.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders and engage in effective communication to understand their needs, provide support, and address reconciliation-related issues.
Requirements :-
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with Senior Stakeholders at Leadership levels.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.

Education : Post Graduation in any discipline from a reputed college
