We are seeking a highly motivated High Velocity Sales to join our dynamic team which is focused on those markets and based in our Mexico office (Polanco). As a Junior Sales, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of B2B software sales.

This role involves engaging qualified prospects, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept, and negotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role that suits high-energy and smart salespeople.

This role offers an excellent learning opportunity to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally for individuals interested in pursuing a career in sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales team of the Latam Market to manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
  • Manage customer projects during their trial period, negotiate custom offers and close deals.
  • Support the team in positioning and articulating the Aircall value proposition to small businesses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications :

  • Certificated with a Bachelor or Master’'s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Spanish (spoken and written) must be flawless when communicating with clients and fluent English will be necessary for internal communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in a customer facing role (support or success) is a plus.

Salary range : MXN9,995 - MXN15,000 / month
