We are looking for a Head of Tax, who will work within the Local Finance Department in strong connection with global Tax Team.
The Head of Tax will lead all tax compliance, tax advisory, and strategic tax activities for the jurisdiction. This role ensures full compliance with local and international tax regulations, optimizes the tax position of the local legal entities, and strengthens governance, processes, and internal controls related to tax.
He/she acts as the primary tax reference for the business, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Group Tax, and is responsible for managing a team of 3 internal resources and external advisors.
Main activities:
Tax Compliance & Reporting
Oversee and review all direct tax compliance activities for the jurisdiction.
Supervise the preparation and electronic submission of all tax computations and filings.
Prepare and review group filings (e.g., group relief, corporate interest restriction).
Manage cash tax for BUs of his/her juridiction (installments, advance payments, final settlements).
Group tax reporting compilation.
Tax Advisory
Identify and explore direct tax opportunities (e.g., R&D tax credits).
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Tax & Audit Litigation
Assist BUs of his/her juridiction during tax audits and tax litigations
Transfer Pricing
Operational implementation of transfer pricing policies.
Prepare the Local transfer pricing documentation
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
Manage relationships with external accountants, tax advisors, and financial institutions of his/her juridiction.
Work closely with the finance team, promoting collaboration and performance culture.
Indirect Tax Oversight
Oversight of the juiridiction’s indirect tax position for the group.

At least 8 - 10 years of professional experience ideally gained in Tax within a leading group or a Big Four firm, with a preference for profiles combining Tax with Audit skill sets.
Deep understanding of corporate taxation, tax regulations, and local/international reporting principles.
Strong knowledge of transfer pricing frameworks and indirect taxation.
Proven capability to supervise tax accounting processes and ensure control accuracy.
Experience managing a tax team and external advisors.
Ability to build efficient processes, improve governance, and drive continuous improvement.
Strong stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills.
Ability to operate in a matrix, multinational environment.
