The Head of Specialist Sales (STU), Singapore leads and aligns multiple specialist sales teams against organizational strategy and customer success objectives. This role drives AI- and cloud-led customer transformation, forecast accuracy, pipeline management, and business execution across core solution areas while serving as a senior customer and partner advocate for Singapore.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the senior customer and partner advocate for Singapore.
- - Shape go-to-market strategy through feedback to solution area leaders.
- - Drive customer success, partner engagement, and long-term strategic relationships.
- - Lead executive-level customer conversations and align teams to business objectives.
- - Promote Unified Support adoption and accelerate customer value realization.
- - Lead through Microsoft's Model, Coach, Care framework.
- - Define objectives and outcomes, enable cross-boundary collaboration, and develop talent.
- - Own forecasting, deal-based planning, pipeline health, target attainment, and operational rigor.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field, plus 12+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of people-management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- 15+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
- 10+ years senior technical sales leadership experience in cloud services growth and consumption.
- 10+ years people-management experience, including leadership of large, high-performance technical sales organizations.
