Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within banking, fintech, microfinance, or consumer lending
• Proven track record of leading high-performing field sales teams and consistently achieving business targets
• Strong understanding of SME lending, loan sales, customer acquisition, and portfolio management
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Salary:
- N500,000 net
