About You

We are seeking a strategic Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the Group's sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition across all business units. The role requires a commercially driven leader who can build and manage high-performing sales teams, establish strategic partnerships, and maximize sales opportunities across diverse industries.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Group's sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, and business profitability across all business units. 

  • Lead, identify, and secure new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and high-value contracts that support the Group's growth objectives. 

  • Drive and optimize the performance of the sales team by setting targets, monitoring results, and implementing effective sales processes and systems. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth. 

  • Drive revenue generation and market penetration by developing targeted sales strategies and leveraging cross-selling opportunities across the Group's diverse businesses. 

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide accurate forecasts and reports to support informed business decisions. 

  • Develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results achievement. 





Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.

  • Experience within advertising, media, technology solutions, facility management, property management, or related industries.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

  • Experience managing multi-sector sales operations.

  • Strong experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, and strategic partnership

  • Frequent travel within and outside Nigeria as required.

  • Regular engagement with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Flexibility to support business development activities outside normal working hours when necessary.
