Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

Chargeflow is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations (Billing & Monetization) to own and scale our end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring that all revenue-generating activities are accurately captured, billed, reconciled, and collected while building the systems and processes that power Chargeflow’s revenue engine.

Sitting at the intersection of Finance, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations, this role will own the design, integrity, and scalability of our billing infrastructure and monetization logic. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines financial rigor, operational ownership, and systems thinking, and is excited to build and optimize revenue processes in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Revenue Engine & Order-to-Cash

  • Own the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle, from transaction creation to billable event creation to cash collection
  • Ensure accurate conversion of product activity into billable and collectable revenue
  • Oversee all billing flows, including disputes managed, success-based fees, and other monetization models
  • Identify and eliminate revenue leakage across systems and processes

Billing Infrastructure & Monetization Logic

  • Define and own billing logic, pricing implementation, and revenue data flows
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to build scalable billing systems
  • Act as the business owner of the billing infrastructure across all platforms

Revenue Reconciliation & Controls

  • Establish and maintain robust reconciliation processes across product, billing, and financial systems
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment between operational events and financial records
  • Build controls to guarantee the completeness and accuracy of revenue

Cross-Functional Revenue Operations

  • Work closely with Customer Success and Operations to validate billing drivers (e.g., dispute volumes, client activity)
  • Partner with Finance on revenue recognition and reporting
  • Serve as the central point of ownership for all revenue-related processes

Systems, Automation & Insights

  • Build scalable processes, dashboards, and tools for revenue tracking and validation
  • Implement automation for anomaly detection and revenue reconciliation
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership to improve revenue predictability and operational efficiency
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience owning or managing Order-to-Cash / Billing-to-Cash processes in a complex environment
  • Strong understanding of billing models and financial controls
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a systems-thinking mindset
  • Hands-on experience with data tools (Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools, AI tools)
  • “Builder” mentality is comfortable designing processes from scratch and scaling them
  • Can do approach

Nice to Have

  • Experience with usage-based or success-based billing models
  • Familiarity with Stripe, payment processors, or chargeback ecosystems
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or fintech companies
  • CPA or strong accounting foundation
