Manage and resolve alert transactions in the PSP system: locate transactions, issue refunds, cancel subscriptions, document chargebacks and other outcomes, communicate with merchants, and propose process improvements to streamline alert handling.

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will drive customer engagement, retention, and product adoption through strategies like effective email marketing and KPI monitoring.
