Core Impact & Responsibilities
- Strategic Innovation Funnel: Own the end-to-end innovation lifecycle. Accelerate the journey from ideation and proof-of-concept (PoC) to full industrialization, ensuring every investment aligns with clear business cases and revenue potential.
- Innovation Ecosystem Orchestration: Lead the cross-functional Innovation Board. Act as the primary conduit between GE Vernova and the external innovation landscape, including elite universities, tech startups, and research institutions to secure our competitive edge.
- AI Leadership & Democratization: Define and execute the AI strategy for Engineering & Technology. Drive the portfolio of AI use cases, ensuring rigorous governance, quality assurance, and seamless scaling across global assets.
- IP Strategy as a Competitive Asset: Transform technical ingenuity into a robust patent portfolio. Guide the team through complex IP assessment and invention disclosure processes to build a moat around our proprietary technologies.

The Profile We Are Looking For
