The Position

The Head of Product HI Enterprise Cloud (Senior Product Leader) is accountable for the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation and strategic planning through to launch, scaling, and eventual retirement of a complex product. This role is pivotal in transforming scientific and business needs into tangible, high-value technology solutions. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overarching goals of our organization and ultimately accelerates the delivery of life-changing diagnostics and medicines to patients. This role demands a distinctive combination of scientific inquisitiveness, technical proficiency, and business insight to successfully navigate the landscape.

Your primary objective is to define the direction for the  engineering and service teams to build desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet the evolving needs of our internal users while maintaining strict compliance with relevant industry standards.

Your main responsabilities:

• Drive the Product Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive strategy and roadmap for the Enterprise Cloud portfolio to accelerate the delivery of life-changing diagnostics.

• Manage the Full Lifecycle: Take accountability for the entire product journey, from initial ideation and strategic planning through to scaling and retirement of complex cloud solutions.

• Lead Cloud Transformation: Orchestrate Roche’s "Cloud-First" strategy by optimizing for speed and release cadence to meet the evolving demands of Enterprise and R&D products.

• Foster Strategic Collaboration: Navigate a broad ecosystem of internal teams, external SaaS vendors, and academic partners to ensure seamless platform integration and API management.

• Ensure Compliance and Excellence: Balance innovation with strict adherence to industry standards, including GxP, while integrating AI capabilities to maintain a competitive advantage.

Who you are:

• Experienced Product Leader: You bring 10+ years in product management or business analysis with a proven history of launching and managing complex technology products.

• Industry Expert: You have 2+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology sector.

• Proven People Manager: You possess 2+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Technically Proficient: You hold a University Degree and have deep knowledge of modern software architecture, Cloud Hyperscalers, and Container as a Service (CaaS).

• Regulatory and Data Savvy: You are well-versed in GxP, FAIR data principles, and data privacy regulations such as GDPR to ensure secure and compliant foundations.
