Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Design to help scaling design consistently by leading our Central Teams: Design System, Design Ops and Motion Design.

• You excel at guiding and developing designers, helping them master research, design, ideation, and strategic thinking.

• You effortlessly connect with cross-functional stakeholders, motivating them to execute vision even in your absence.

• You've established and maintained operational processes that enable teams to scale efficiently

• You´ve created design programs for large design teams 

• You´ve experience working with Design System

• You thrive in complex systems, balancing global needs with your product's specific goals.
