The Role

Position Title: Business Development Representative
Position Type: Permanent
Position Location: Gauteng
Requisition ID: BDR GP/09/24
McCain is looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to assume responsibility for selling McCain Food Service products into assigned channel / geographic area, and actively developing, growing and improving volume sales and profitability of existing channel partners, whilst vigorously looking for new accounts to profitably grow the business base. The position will be based in Gauteng.

Qualification and Experience

  • Matric
  • Sales and Marketing Degree or Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years Sales / Sales representative experience.
  • Food Service experience advantageous.
  • Viable and current contacts within the Food Service channels.
  • Proven track record of increasing market shares and sales targets.
  • Proven experience in conducting cold calls to develop new business
