As Head of People, you will lead the global people strategy for Group Supply and actively influence business direction, organizational effectiveness, and leadership performance. You will lead a high-performing People Leadership Team and partner closely with senior leaders to build the talent, culture, and capabilities needed for future success. In a rapidly evolving landscape shaped by digitalization, AI, and new ways of working, you will champion change and position People as a strategic driver of business value.
You will be a member of the BNEW(Business Area Networks) People Leadership Team and report to the Head of People Networks.
What you will do:
• Shape and execute a future-focused people strategy that enables business growth, transformation, and organizational performance.• Drive the People agenda for Group Supply and influence strategic decisions across the business.• Partner with the Head of Group Supply and the leadership team to accelerate transformation, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and deliver measurable business outcomes.• Lead talent, succession, workforce planning, capability building, diversity & inclusion, and organizational change initiatives to secure future competitiveness.• Challenge, coach, and influence senior leaders to strengthen performance, engagement, and accountability.• Build, develop, and inspire a global team of People leaders and Business Partners to deliver impact at scale.• Champion digital transformation and modern ways of working across the organization.• Identify future-critical capabilities and actively drive reskilling and upskilling initiatives to prepare the workforce for tomorrow's business needs.• Foster a high-performance culture that embraces innovation, continuous learning, and change.

- You lead through influence, inspire action, and challenge the status quo to create lasting impact. You build credibility quickly with senior stakeholders and translate business priorities into clear people strategies that accelerate performance and growth.
- You have extensive experience leading strategic HR initiatives in global organizations and a strong ability to navigate change, develop leaders, and build future-ready organizations.
- Proven success in leading transformation and business-critical people initiatives
- You are probably known for thinking out of the box, you have ideas for how to do things differently
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to shape business outcomes through people and culture.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience leading leaders and global teams.
- A track record of building high-performing organizations and future-focused capabilities.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
