Ericsson Antenna Systems (EAS) is a trusted partner delivering precisely engineered, high-performing, sustainable antennas that enable high-performing, more energy-efficient networks for customers worldwide. As Head of People, you will hold global People responsibility for EAS, lead a team of Global and Local People Business Partners, and manage a People budget of approximately €3M. The People function's purpose is to act as a strategic business partner-strengthening strategic direction and business performance. You will help shape a high-performance culture and play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and engaging top talent, positioning EAS as a workplace of choice.
In this role you will
- Partner with the EAS leadership team to shape and deliver the People and talent agenda, aligned to current and future workforce needs.
- Provide trusted advisory support, coaching, and mentorship to the leadership team and the People organization on complex, specialized, and sensitive matters.
- Drive a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and reinforcing alignment to EAS and Ericsson strategy.
- Lead pay, recognition, and Total Rewards topics, ensuring competitive base and incentive programs that attract and retain top talent, in partnership with Global Total Reward teams.
- Guide leaders in living our values, purpose, and people philosophies to deliver a strong employee experience.
To be successful in this role, you must have
- 10+ years of experience in a People/HR function.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience in People/HR and/or other functions.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to empower and lead culturally diverse teams and individuals.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and translate the internal business context and strategy.
- Proven ability to structure, plan, and deliver People-led projects end-to-end.
- Ability to translate business priorities into People initiatives at a strategic level, balancing short- and long-term horizons.
- Strong influencing and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
