About the Role:As the Head of Partnerships and Alliances, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and managing Rabbit's global partner strategy. This is a hands-on role focused on building a robust ecosystem of channel partners, system integrators, resellers, and strategic alliances, particularly within the Google Cloud ecosystem. You will own the entire partner lifecycle, from identification and recruitment to enablement and co-selling, ensuring our partners are a significant force for new customer acquisition and global expansion.
This role requires a strategic thinker with proven relationship-building skills and an understanding of the SaaS and cloud partner landscape. You will be expected to drive tangible results, measured by partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:- Global Partner Strategy: Developing and executing a global partner and alliance strategy to accelerate Rabbit's expansion within the GCP customer base.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new strategic partners, including resellers, system integrators, and technology partners, with a strong focus on those experienced in the Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Enablement and Training: Building and delivering partner enablement programs, including sales training, technical resources, and go-to-market playbooks to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and implement Rabbit.
- Co-Selling and Pipeline: Working closely with the internal sales and growth teams to manage the co-selling process, track partner-sourced leads, and drive joint pipeline generation activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to align partner programs with product roadmap, marketing campaigns, and internal sales goals.
- Performance Management: Defining clear performance metrics for partners, tracking progress, conducting regular business reviews, and ensuring partners meet defined targets for lead generation and revenue contribution.
- Content Development: Building necessary partner-facing content such as pitches, outreach emails, and battlecards in collaboration with extended teams.
- Relationship Management: Cultivating deep, strategic relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations and the Google Cloud ecosystem.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in partnerships, channel sales, or business development roles.
- Proven experience working with the Google Cloud ecosystem (GCP Resellers, SIs, or similar).
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of driving partner-sourced revenue and pipeline.
- Experience in developing and managing partner enablement and training programs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who is comfortable with high levels of autonomy and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Deep understanding of channel sales and alliance management best practices.
