Job Description

We're looking for an Employer Brand Lead to join our People Experience team and lead our employer brand strategy at Wise.

Shape how the world sees us as an employer and drive meaningful connections with talented people globally. Lead a team of specialists to amplify what makes our people and culture unique, creating compelling reasons for top talent to choose Wise as their next career move.

 

Your mission: 

  • Be the steward of our employer brand, maintaining consistency and quality across all employer brand communications while evolving our narrative to stay competitive and compelling

  • Lead and inspire a small team of employer brand specialists, providing guidance, mentorship and strategic direction to deliver impactful standout employer brand initiatives

  • Develop and own our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), working cross-functionally to define what makes Wise unique as an employer and ensuring it resonates authentically across all teams and locations

  • Strategise and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels including LinkedIn and job boards to reach and engage our target talent audiences

  • Develop and oversee our brand ambassadors network, building and scaling programs that empower our people to authentically share their Wise experience and attract like-minded talent

  • Drive content strategy that delivers measurable impact, setting clear objectives and ensuring all content serves our broader talent acquisition and brand awareness goals

  • Build relationships across the business to uncover authentic stories and insights that strengthen our employer brand positioning

  • Partner with internal teams including Talent Acquisition, PR, Brand and Creative, DEI, Analytics, Design, ESG and Events to create integrated campaigns

  • Measure and report on employer brand performance, using data to optimise strategies and demonstrate impact

  • Work with external partners and agencies to maximise opportunities for employer brand visibility, including our video agency, and talent attraction and employee sentiment partner platforms such as Glassdoor

  • Work in partnership with the PR team to create impactful employer brand award submissions

  • Stay ahead of employer branding trends and competitor activity to ensure Wise remains a standout employer choice

 

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Shape strategy and lead with impact - You're a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into compelling employer brand strategies. You have experience leading teams and driving results through others.

  • Own our employer brand narrative - You understand what makes great employer brands tick and can articulate our unique value proposition in ways that resonate with diverse talent audiences across different markets.

  • Drive performance through data - You're comfortable with analytics and can use data to tell stories, make decisions and prove impact. You understand how to set meaningful KPIs and optimise campaigns based on performance insights.

  • Build and scale programs - You have experience managing paid media campaigns and building scalable programs like brand ambassador networks that can grow with the business.

  • Collaborate globally - You're a natural relationship builder who can work effectively with stakeholders across different time zones, cultures and functions to deliver integrated employer brand experiences.

 

Additional Information

Salary Range: 

HUF 1,450,000 - 1,880,000 + RSUs
