The Head of Office Operations is responsible for supporting operational effectiveness, administrative alignment, workforce coordination, and leadership support across CRC Specialty. This role partners with executive leadership, office leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent operational practices, strong team performance, and effective office support functions across the organization.
This position drives alignment of Office Administrator responsibilities, expectations, and service standards across all offices and business units while supporting organizational efficiency initiatives, including offshoring strategies, process improvements, and cost-saving efforts.
The role serves as a strategic operational partner focused on scalability, consistency, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with leadership to support operational priorities, process improvements, and workforce coordination initiatives.  
  • Provide oversight and alignment of Office Administrator responsibilities, expectations, and operational execution across the organization.  
  • Support onboarding coordination, workforce integration, and team alignment activities.  
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that improve productivity, consistency, and cost effectiveness.  
  • Serve as a key partner in offshoring initiatives, workforce optimization efforts, and operational efficiency projects. 
  • Provide guidance and operational direction to Office Administrator staff and office leadership.  
  • Conduct operational assessments and identify opportunities for improvement across teams and office functions.  
  • Support implementation of operational initiatives, organizational improvements, and change management efforts.  
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational scalability, efficiency, and service delivery.  

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field, or equivalent experience.  

  • 10+ years of experience in office operations, business operations, organizational support, or related leadership roles.  

  • Experience supporting managers, executive leadership, or multi-location office operations.  

  • Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and project management skills.  

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business collaboration tools.  

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience leading multi-location operational or administrative support functions.  

  • Experience supporting offshoring initiatives, workforce optimization, or operational efficiency projects.  

  • Demonstrated ability to implement standardized operational processes across teams and business units.  

  • Experience identifying and executing cost-saving and process improvement initiatives.  

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 

The annual base salary for this position is $100,000 - $350,000.
