Are you an experienced operations leader with a proven track record in the Restaurant or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry? We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Operations to lead and oversee daily operations of our multi-unit restaurant operations, outlet performance, and strategic execution to drive efficiency, quality, profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing resources, supply chain processes, and service standards across all operational
areas.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all restaurant operations
● Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and output.
● Oversee day-to-day operational systems and workflows.
● Drive performance across outlets to maximize revenue and profitability.
● Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure supply chain efficiency.
● Partner with HR on staffing, performance management, and resource allocation.
● Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring quality of service(QoS) and compliance.
● Ensure adherence to GMP, HSE, and quality control standards.
● Contribute to product development and continuous process improvement.
● Track operational KPIs and drive accountability across teams.
● Ensure consistent food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and brand standards across all outlets.
● Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field(Master’s degree is an advantage)
● At least 7 years’ experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or hospitality sectors
● Proven experience in product development and quality control processes
● Strong background in managing service standards (QoS), GMP, and HSE compliance
● Demonstrated success in inventory, procurement, and supply chain management
● Experience in implementing performance tracking systems and driving operational KPIs.
● Strong leadership and people management skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Proven ability to manage multiple branches.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in QSR, FMCG, or hospitality
