Requirements
10–15 years of hospitality or multi-property operations experience
Experience managing 50+ properties across multiple cities
Strong team leadership and operations management skills
Expertise in OTA platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
Ability to handle escalations, process building, and high-growth operations
Comfortable working during weekends and peak holiday periods
Experience in STR, serviced apartments, hotels, or hospitality startups preferred
