The opportunity

Our Unit delivers high-performance semiconductor devices to internal customers and external partners.
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the BiMOS Backend & eMobility manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production, high-quality standards, and the successful implementation of strategic growth initiatives.
How you'll make an impact
Ensure compliance with HSE and regulation directives, assess risks, and implement safety plans in line with internal procedures
Lead capacity planning and Capex projects to support infrastructure upgrades and long-term goals
Prepare and manage annual production budgets, optimize costs, and drive operational excellence
Develop and implement automation strategies, integrate lean manufacturing principles, and drive continuous improvement
Support Business teams and communicate and align manufacturing capabilities effectively
Organize, staff, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Achieve top-tier operational results while optimizing working capital and resource utilization
Deliver clear reports on performance, safety, and compliance to management and stakeholders
Your background
University degree in business engineering, science, or electrical engineering
12+ years of experience in the semiconductor and power electronics industry
Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing complex manufacturing operations, preferably in Semiconductor industry
Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, automation, and process optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strategic mindset with hands-on mentality as well as experience in budgeting, capacity planning, and Capex project management
Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
Fluent in German and English, with the ability to operate effectively in an international environment
