Operational Products Pricing Group / Asset-Liability Management Department

Bank of Georgia is looking for an experienced and results-driven finance professional to lead the Operational Products Pricing Group within the Asset-Liability Management Department. In this role, you will be at the center of pricing strategy and financial analysis, directly influencing how the bank structures and positions its operational products in a competitive market.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset and who wants their decisions to make a real difference at one of the most dynamic financial institutions in the region.

What You'll Do

Lead Pricing Strategy & Analysis:

• Oversee the development and analysis of pricing models for operational products;

• Monitor and analyze fee income and cost trends, providing strategic insights and recommendations;

• Analyze competitor and market pricing to guide pricing strategies.

Manage Data & Reporting:

• Supervise database management and ensure high-quality processing and transformation of data for various types of analysis;

• Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc reports and strategic presentations for senior management;

• Ensure data quality control and drive continuous improvement in analytical and pricing processes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field;

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in data analytics, portfolio risk management, or financial analysis and reporting, including experience in a leadership or senior-level role;

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and SQL;

• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus;

• Deep knowledge of banking and financial sector products.
