Job Description

As the Head of Marketing for Brazil and LATAM markets, you will be responsible for the for the local implementation of our Global Marketing Strategy, ensuring alignment with regional market dynamics and consumer behaviour.

In this role, you will lead a distributed team across various marketing functions, including Brand and Media, Performance and Digital Marketing, Affiliates, Public Relations (PR), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Working in a matrix management structure, you will collaborate with cross-jurisdiction teams to drive performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the gaming, sports, or entertainment industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Brazilian and LATAM markets, including cultural and regulatory considerations.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing diverse teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in both English and Portuguese; Spanish language skills are advantageous.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving KPIs, whilst being adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.

  • Developing and managing the marketing budget for Brazil and LATAM, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitoring expenditures and report on financial performance against budget.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, agencies, and media outlets.
  • Representing the marketing function in senior management discussions and strategic planning sessions.
