Job Description
- Control and enforcement of defined logistics processes and standards
- Leading and taking part in the daily logistics processes
- Continuous communication with the relevant customers and internal departments
- Monitoring ongoing projects and summarizing their material requirements towards Supply Planning
- Acting as the Country Demand Planner
- Mastering the internal disposition rules and the relevant logistics software (Rapid Response) as its Key User
- Managing intercompany release of material
- Supporting Supply Planning in executing intercompany purchase orders
- Managing a group of 3-5 employees
- Employee and team development
- Process improvement recommendations
- Successfully completed secondary or college/university degree in economics or logistics is preferred
- Experience in the field of logistics/production/construction/scheduling
- Experience in the management of a small group of employees
- Fluent spoken and written English (min. B2 level)
- German language skills is advantageous, but not a must
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, independence and a sense of responsibility
- High commitment, flexibility, resilience and workload-bearing ability
- Service orientation towards external and internal customers
- Good MS Office skills
