Job Description
- Lead or participate in drafting the Company’s Charter, internal rules, policies, and general regulations.
- Organize the review and systematization of organizational and operational regulations applicable to the Company’s divisions and departments, as well as the Company’s professional policies and operating procedures.
- Develop proposed action plans based on the review results and submit them to the Chief Executive Officer for approval.
- Lead and coordinate with relevant departments to provide comments on draft legal and regulatory documents in the securities sector circulated by competent authorities and related organizations for consultation.
- Provide legal recommendations on matters relating to the Company’s organization and operations.
- Prepare and process applications and documentation for the Company’s establishment and operating licenses, as well as procedures relating to the Company seal.
- Provide legal advice and support to departments in resolving disputes with partners and clients, as well as other disputes arising from or relating to the Company’s operations.
- Collect, organize, maintain, and archive legal documents relevant to the Company’s business activities.
- Disseminate information and conduct training on new laws and regulations applicable to relevant individuals and departments within the Company.
- Fulfil the Company’s statutory reporting and information disclosure obligations.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws, internal regulations, and professional requirements by departments and licensed securities professionals across the entire organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Division Director.
RequirementsRequirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
- At least three years of experience in an equivalent position at a securities company.
- Possession of a lawyer practising certificate is preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in English for professional purposes.
- Strong management, organizational, and system-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
