Responsibilities

- Ensure all investment activities align with the organization’s strategic goals, capital allocation priorities, and targeted risk‑return profile.
- Lead investment committee preparations, including investment memoranda and recommendations.
- Develop and implement portfolio performance management frameworks, including financial and non‑financial KPIs.
- Conduct quarterly portfolio performance reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor asset‑level and portfolio‑level performance against benchmarks and strategic targets.
- Provide analytical support for portfolio rebalancing, exits, and capital redeployment decisions.
- Lead and manage co‑investment initiatives, including SPVs and SPAC‑related transactions.
- Oversee project structuring, execution, and performance monitoring to ensure alignment with stakeholder interests.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and compliance.
- Manage relationships with co‑investors, partners, and external advisors.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate investment risks across the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with internal investment policies, regulatory requirements, and best‑practice governance standards.
- Drive transparency through accurate reporting and performance tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in investment management, private equity, asset management, or portfolio management.
- Proven track record in investment origination, execution, portfolio management, and exits.
- Experience managing co‑investment structures, SPVs, or complex investment vehicles is a strong advantage.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent
