Finance Manager responsible for financial reporting, accounting records, budgeting, forecasting, tax management, regulatory compliance, audits, reconciliations, financial controls, and analysis. The role supports the CFO, coordinates financial close processes, prepares regulatory and management reports, monitors performance against budgets, identifies financial risks and opportunities, and ensures compliance with CBN and industry requirements.

Provides strategic execution, project management, and executive support to the Executive Director. Responsibilities include risk assessments, control monitoring, remediation tracking, stress testing, scenario analysis, counterparty and credit risk reviews, regulatory compliance, business continuity, crisis and incident management. The role advises executive management and the Board Risk Committee, coordinates risk training, maintains risk registers, and provides independent insights on strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks.

Leads VFD Group’s corporate strategy, annual planning, portfolio performance optimization, investment evaluations, and turnaround initiatives for underperforming companies. Advises the Executive Committee and Board, develops strategic insights and thought leadership, monitors market and regulatory dynamics, builds stakeholder relationships, and leads the Strategy team.

Leads investor relations strategy and communications, coordinating earnings calls, annual meetings, investor materials, shareholder and analyst relationships, and external stakeholder initiatives. Conducts market and economic analysis, develops policies and measurable frameworks, supports informed decision-making, and promotes a sales-focused organizational culture. Requires strong financial analysis, modeling, communication, relationship-building, and project management skills within the financial services industry.

Provide high-level technical, analytical, and operational support to Executive Directors: track strategic initiatives, prepare executive dashboards, reports, board materials and presentations, analyze financial and performance data, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, maintain confidential executive records, and support governance and compliance reporting.

The Business Development Executive is responsible for revenue growth through new business opportunities, client relationship management, and strategic partnerships. Key tasks include market analysis, account management, and business presentations.

The Head of Investment Management leads the investment strategy, ensuring governance, performance optimization, and strategic alignment across investments while managing co-investment initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
