The Head of Integrated Communications is accountable for the development and implementation of corporate communication strategy, plans and content to support global and local communication objectives. This person plays a key role in the delivery of communication activation plans that aim to develop a positive reputation for Ericsson support business objectives and improve employee engagement.

- Translating company strategy and business plans into clear and effective communication plans and messages, aligned to global communication strategy.
- Responsible for communicating with key audiences, including employees, media and other external audiences.
- Adapt (localize) or design and deliver messages, content, collateral and products that ensure effective activation of plans that are aligned with the business's key priorities.
- Manage owned internal and external channels for communicating with target audiences.
- Plan, activate and manage proactive and reactive local, Swedish and/or global news flow both internally and externally.
- Manage the local media in Bangladesh , Sri Lanka and Malaysia to deliver effective results in non-owned channels.
- Manage internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely, effective, and on-budget campaign delivery.
- Provide guidance and counsel to executives, managers, spokespeople and other leaders.
- Identification of reputation opportunities and risks for the Company, internally and externally, and execute on initiatives to mitigate risks.
- Build, develop and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with other business areas, group functions and market areas.
- Network with internal stakeholders to 'mine' for story ideas for internal or external promotion.
- Track and measure impact of activations and adjust as needed.
- Report on results of activations, sharing best practices and lessons learned.
- Leads issues management and crisis management.
- Manages relationships with industry analysts.

- Exposure to international markets and understanding of cultural differences.

- Managing budgets and third-party resources.
- External communication experience.
- Interest/experience in market situation, trends and players in the ICT sector and its eco-systems.
