We are looking for a Head Of HR to strengthen our organization in Kaunas. You will play a key role in shaping and executing people strategy, ensuring that our structure, talent, leadership, and culture support business growth and long-term success.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

In this role, you will:
• Define and implement people strategy aligned with business growth goals
• Ensure workforce planning, capability development, and talent management processes
• Manage and apply expertise in personnel administration, employee safety, and operaional HR processes
• Design and develop organizational structure, governance models, job architecture, and competency frameworks
• Lead talent attraction, development, career growth, and retention strategies
• Ensure succession planning for critical roles and key talents
• Build and improve performance management, leadership, and managerial development systems
• Strengthen leadership capability to effectively manage teams and deliver results
• Shape organizational culture, values, and employee experience principles
• Develop, standardize, and improve HR processes, policies, KPIs, and governance models
• Drive data-based decision making and continuous HR function improvement

Salary
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 36-45 Eur/ Gross pre-tax ( 5,760 Eur/ Gross- 7,200 Eur/ Gross) , depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get bonuses.
*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
