We, Teltonika Telematics, are currently inviting an ambitious Mid/Senior Embedded Systems Developer to join our growing R&D team in Vilnius/Kaunas, Lithuania. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your development skills. 

Teltonika’s telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious Embedded Systems Developer to improve their skills and develop comprehensive knowledge of products.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop new and existing products in C/C++ programming language.
  • Be involved in the maintenance of documentation and support team knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in Agile (Scrum) team life and internal processes.
  • Work with hardware engineers, software developer teams, and Product Owners during development life - cycle.
  • Take part in mentorship and coaching others to work with these technologies.

What we expect of you:

  • To have 1.5+ years of experience in programming embedded systems in C/C++.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to contribute to problem-solving in larger embedded systems projects.
  • Familiarity with multi-task embedded system architecture design and awareness of modern software quality standards.
  • Good English language skills (both spoken and written), as it will be your primary working language.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Degree in Computer Science / Electronics engineering.
  • Knowledge of other programming or scripting languages.
  • Understanding of digital electronics schematics.
  • BLE, GSM, LTE, GPS modules programming experience.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 17 Eur/h up to 40 Eur/h (~2830 Eur – 6670 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise, with the option to get *bonuses.

*In an employment agreement, we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
