Ibotta is seeking a Head of HR Enablement & Operations to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.This individual is a proven people leader who excels at automating business processes, driving operational efficiency, managing data, administering systems, making strategic decisions, and collaborating and communicating across departments. This role will lead our human resources technology strategy, including our workday instance and integrations, and our benefits and payroll operations teams.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Lead People Operations team, inclusive of Workday Administration, Benefits Operations, and Payroll Operations
Lead and manage the HR automation strategy, inclusive of our Workday system, HR tech stack, and other integrations and automations across enterprise systems
Manage our vendor relationships with HR technology tools, and other HR operations partners, optimizing for competitive offerings, efficiency and service
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support Ashby ATS and recruiting analytics
Partner with HR Business Partners to provide technology based solutions to improve the efficiency of the business, increase self service, and improve the integrity of HR processes

10+ years experience in core people operations functions such as HRIS administration, payroll, benefits administration, with 4+ years of people leadership experience
Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience creating and executing an HR technology strategy required
Experience creating and deploying AI agents across enterprise systems
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently
Proven communication and presentations skills
Proven operational excellence and systems improvements
Strategic thinker and intellectually curious

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $190,000 - $235,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
