As part of our continued transformation journey, we are seeking a Head of Global Pricing & Commercial Agreements to lead one of the most important value creation initiatives within our Service Business Line.

This is a highly visible global leadership role with the opportunity to shape pricing strategy, influence commercial decision-making, and drive the evolution from traditional cost-based pricing toward a more mature value-based commercial model. Working closely with regional sales leaders, service groups, and executive stakeholders, you will play a key role in strengthening our commercial capabilities and accelerating profitable growth across our global aftermarket business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Pricing Transformation
• Define and execute a multi-year pricing maturity roadmap.
• Accelerate the transition from cost-plus pricing to value-based pricing.
• Develop pricing strategies across spare parts, consumables, and services.
• Embed pricing as a strategic commercial capability.
Pricing Execution & Governance
• Improve pricing governance and commercial discipline.
• Drive commercial discipline and pricing accountability.
• Support regional sales organizations in complex pricing decisions.
• Ensure rapid and effective commercial decision-making.

• Develop analytics, tools, and processes that improve business performance.
Commercial Agreements
• Lead governance of strategic customer pricing agreements.
• Support negotiations and commercial decision-making for major customer agreements.
• Ensure contractual pricing structures align with long-term business objectives.
Leadership
• Lead and develop a global team of pricing and commercial agreement professionals.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on business impact and execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership teams globally.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

• 8+ years of progressive pricing, commercial excellence, or commercial strategy experience.

• Demonstrated success leading pricing transformation initiatives.

• Experience implementing value-based pricing approaches.

• Experience leading teams and global projects.

• Experience leading global or cross-regional initiatives

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Demonstrated leadership capability in matrix organizations

• Strong business acumen and ability to balance strategy with execution

• Action-oriented leadership style with strong decision-making capability

Preferred

• Experience in mining, industrial manufacturing, capital equipment, engineered products, or aftermarket businesses.

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

• Experience supporting strategic customer negotiations.

• Experience managing pricing agreements and commercial frameworks.
