We are looking for a Customer Project Manager - Acceptance to lead and coordinate customer acceptance activities across telecom delivery projects. In this role, you will work with customers, project teams, delivery units, and partners to ensure that acceptance criteria are clearly defined, testing is completed, defects are resolved, and project deliverables are formally accepted on time.
The ideal candidate combines strong project-management discipline with customer-facing communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to drive closure across multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer acceptance process, from planning and readiness assessment through final sign-off and handover.
- Define and maintain acceptance plans, milestones, criteria, test scenarios, documentation requirements, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate acceptance testing, site or solution readiness reviews, issue resolution, and re-testing with customers and internal delivery teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for acceptance-related matters, providing clear status updates and managing expectations.
- Track acceptance deliverables, dependencies, risks, actions, defects, and outstanding customer requirements.
- Facilitate governance meetings, working sessions, test reviews, and escalation forums as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, engineers, service delivery teams, commercial stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure acceptance evidence and documentation meet contractual, quality, security, and operational requirements.
- Drive timely closure of open issues and obtain formal customer approval, sign-off, or agreed exception documentation.
- Support lessons learned, process improvements, and transition to operations or managed services.
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting in accordance with Ericsson ways of working and applicable governance standards.

Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, project management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, customer delivery, service implementation, testing, commissioning, or acceptance management within telecommunications or a related technology environment.
- Proven experience coordinating customer acceptance, UAT, site acceptance testing, solution validation, or operational handover.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, quality processes, risk management, issue tracking, and change control.
- Experience working with cross-functional, multicultural, and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong customer relationship, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work under deadlines, and operate effectively in a complex delivery environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Philippines when required.
Preferred qualifications
- Project-management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
- Experience with telecom networks, IT infrastructure, cloud, OSS/BSS, managed services, or systems integration.
- Familiarity with acceptance frameworks, test management tools, Jira, reporting dashboards, and document-management platforms.
- Experience managing contractual acceptance milestones, service-level requirements, or customer audits.
- Knowledge of Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies.
