Support office fitout projects by conducting site surveys, assessing feasibility, coordinating design approvals, managing vendors and materials, monitoring quality and snag/defect closures, ensuring compliant handovers, and liaising with landlords and operations teams throughout project execution and DLP.

Support MEP project execution through site surveys, feasibility assessments, vendor coordination, schedule management, material procurement/inspection, snag/DLP management, and handover to operations. Ensure design compliance and liaise with landlords, building management, and internal stakeholders to close defects and deliver projects across multiple sites.

Serve as the first point of contact for leads: convert marketed leads into qualified conversations, schedule walkthroughs, maintain CRM, provide lead feedback to marketing, follow up persistently, and prepare sales reports to improve processes.

Provide administrative and project support to the Head of Marketing: coordinate cross-departmental communication, assist with scheduling and email management, prepare reports and presentations, support campaign and event planning, conduct market research, own marketing projects end-to-end, liaise with vendors and internal teams, and manage marketing expense tracking and invoicing coordination with finance.

Lead and manage a design team to deliver end-to-end corporate and workspace interior projects. Oversee design systems, 3D models, plans, vendor procurement, compliance with building codes, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functionally and ensuring quality across multiple projects.

Lead end-to-end recovery and disputes (litigation, arbitration, MSMEFC), manage external counsels and case trackers, draft/vet/negoti ate contracts and commercial agreements, close and register leases, conduct property due diligence and title reviews, and coordinate stakeholders to achieve timely, commercially viable outcomes.

Design and run a 12-month member engagement calendar, manage end-to-end event logistics, onboard partners, facilitate B2B networking, manage digital engagement and member feedback, and oversee community budget and reporting to improve member retention and participation.
