Responsibilities
- Own the overall strategy, growth, and execution of the global payments business.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams across Product, Operations, Data Analytics, and Technology.
- Define business priorities, product roadmap, operating models, and growth initiatives to drive business performance.
- Build and scale cross-border payment solutions, including collections, payouts, remittance, Fiat On/Off Ramp, and stablecoin payment products.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Compliance, Risk, and external partners to support market expansion and customer growth.
- Oversee payment operations, settlement flows, liquidity management, and service performance.
- Establish KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance management processes across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, remittance, or digital asset industries.
- Proven experience leading a business unit, product organization, or payments business with full ownership of business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of payment products, cross-border payments, payment infrastructure, and operational processes.
- Experience managing Product, Operations, Analytics, and Technology teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market opportunities into scalable products and business growth.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, and global payment regulations.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 10+ years of experience in payments, banking, fintech, remittance, or digital asset industries
- Strong experience in cross-border payments, remittance, e-wallets, payment infrastructure, or crypto payment ecosystems
- Deep understanding of banking partnerships, settlement, treasury flows, and payment operations
- Familiarity with payment licensing, AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience working in global organizations
