At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.
Broadridge is seeking a proven senior executive to lead its Global Technology & Operations (GTO) business in Canada. This is a major business leadership role with broad responsibility across strategy, revenue, client relationships, operating performance, talent, and financial results.
As the Head of GTO Canada, you will lead a large, established business serving many of Canada’s most important financial institutions across wealth, capital markets and asset management sectors. This role is designed for a leader who already operates at scale—someone who understands the priorities of banks, dealers, and wealth firms, brings strong executive credibility in the Canadian market, and has a track record of growing complex businesses while leading transformation.
This is a rare opportunity to run a significant Canadian franchise with meaningful P&L accountability, strong market visibility, and direct influence on Broadridge’s next phase of growth in Canada.
What you will lead- Broadridge’s Canadian GTO business, with accountability for business performance, growth, profitability, client satisfaction, and execution
- Development and delivery of the market strategy for Canada, including expansion within existing clients and identification of new growth opportunities
- Senior executive relationships with key clients across the Canadian banking, dealer, wealth, and capital markets ecosystem
- Oversight of major client initiatives, business transformation programs, and operating model improvements
- Partnership with enterprise and matrix leaders across product, sales, strategy, finance, HR, and operations to align investment, capabilities, and go-to-market priorities
- Ongoing development of a high-performing leadership team and strong organizational culture
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Grow and strengthen a substantial Canadian business with clear ownership of revenue and profitability
- Deepen Broadridge’s position with banks, dealers, and wealth firms by building trusted, senior-level client relationships
- Bring a market-led perspective on where clients are investing, how the industry is evolving, and where Broadridge can differentiate
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve client outcomes, operating efficiency, and scalability
- Create alignment and momentum across a broad organization, ensuring disciplined execution against strategic priorities
- Represent Broadridge credibly and effectively in the Canadian financial services market
We are looking for a leader who brings the stature and judgment to engage naturally with senior executives in Canadian financial services and the operating discipline to run a large business.
You will likely bring:
- Significant senior leadership experience in banking, dealer, wealth, capital markets, post-trade, fintech, or financial technology-enabled services
- Proven responsibility for a large business, business unit, or platform with meaningful P&L leadership
- A strong track record of program execution and successful achievement of targets including growth / financials, managing complex client environments, and leading through change
- Deep familiarity with the Canadian financial services landscape and the priorities of major banks, dealers, and wealth firms
- Experience leading business transformation, service model evolution, or large-scale operational change
- Strong executive presence, sound judgment, and the credibility to build relationships at the C-suite and senior executive level
- Success leading across matrixed organizations and driving outcomes through influence, collaboration, and accountability
Preferred:
- Established relationships across the Canadian financial services sector
- Experience working in highly regulated, service-intensive, and operationally complex environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
This is not a narrow functional leadership position. It is a broad business leadership mandate with the opportunity to shape strategy, influence the market, and lead an important Canadian franchise at scale along with matrix leaders and partners within the global enterprise.
For the right executive, this role offers:
- Leadership of a significant business in the Canadian market
- Meaningful commercial and operational accountability
- Direct exposure to major Canadian financial institutions and strategic industry priorities
- The opportunity to lead growth and transformation in a business central to clients’ operating environments
- A visible platform within Broadridge and across the Canadian financial services sector
