Responsibilities:Disciplinary and functional leadership of the assigned personnel, ensuring the required qualifications
Ensuring smooth production operations, including production resource planning
Responsibility for achieving the production, quality, and financial targets of the business unit
Initiating, prioritizing, steering, and monitoring optimization processes (productivity projects) in close collaboration with process engineering, product development, and product marketing
Responsibility for HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), as well as cleanliness and order within the business unit
Investment planning and further development of the production area
Direct communication with customers
Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering with additional business qualifications, or a comparable qualification
Experience in plastics and silicone processing, as well as knowledge of the specific requirements of the automotive industry
Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean training (preferably Black Belt)
Experience in project management and ideally initial leadership experience
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP, as well as strong English language skills
High level of commitment, flexibility, and a goal-oriented, independent way of working
Strong team orientation and solid conflict management skills
