We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to build our B2B marketing function from the ground up. In this role, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that generates demand and drives acquisition and engagement across all of our B2B categories. You’ll work closely with our commercial team to find ways to accelerate the sales cycle and deepen engagement across multiple personas. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of success in B2B marketing roles, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making. 

  • More than 10 years of experience in marketing that has driven growth among multiple audiences

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership/management roles with experience building a function from scratch

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with expertise in demand-gen, content, events, sales enablement, and digital marketing

  • Proven experience working with sales/commercial teams

  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen

  • Self-starter attitude

  • Comfortable with ambiguity

  • Proven experience leading GTM strategy with the ability to craft compelling positioning/messaging and identify the highest-performing channels

  • Experience at a fast-paced startup going 0 to 1
