Your mission

As Head of Account Management, you will lead and elevate a team responsible for maximizing the value of our existing client portfolio while ensuring exceptional customer experience and business growth.

What you’ll do

  • Lead & inspire a high-performing team
    Coach, develop, and motivate Account Managers to drive excellence and continuous growth
  • Own client portfolio performance
    Ensure top-level client satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion
  • Drive commercial opportunities
    Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new product development opportunities based on data and market insights
  • Deliver actionable insights
    Monitor KPIs across the Baltics, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans
  • Collaborate across functions
    Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence
  • Strengthen Coface’s market presence
    Represent the company in the local business community and build strategic relationships
  • Manage key partnerships
    Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries and partners
  • Report & influence
    Prepare key reports and insights for regional and group-level leadership

Qualifications

What you bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to develop teams and drive performance
  • Experience in international or matrix organizations (preferred)
  • Knowledge of credit insurance (highly valued)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
