Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic marketing professional to lead our added value strategy and campaigns for OMO, one of our biggest brands in Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in FMCG marketing, especially in the area of value-added promotions and shopper insights. You will be responsible for driving sales growth through innovative and impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with consumers and create brand love.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the long-term OMO added value strategy, aligned with the overall brand vision and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, R&D, media planning, creative agencies, and sales, to design and implement effective value-added programs.
• Analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Create compelling messaging and content that communicates the unique benefits of OMO’s added value offers to consumers.
• Drive execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including TVCs, digital advertising, social media, PR, events, and in-store activation.
• Measure and evaluate the performance of all added value initiatives, using data and analytics to inform future strategies and optimize ROI.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in FMCG marketing, and apply them to continuously improve OMO’s value proposition.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably in a large multinational corporation.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful added value strategies that drive sales growth.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, shopper insights, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English is essential for this role.
