THE ROLE

A Senior Brand & Social Media Manager with taste and an editor’s instinct to own how TinyFish looks and sounds across every channel. You’ll set the strategy and guard the brand — voice, identity, story — while running social day-to-day. The default is that you make, not just manage; when a project needs more firepower, you brief and direct designers, agencies, and freelancers.

In 30 days: a clear brand and social strategy, a refreshed and consistent identity, and a steady cadence of content that lifts engagement, backed by a repeatable pipeline. By 3 months, TinyFish has a recognizable, magnetic voice in the agentic-web conversation and a growing owned audience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

›  Own the brand: voice, visual identity, and messaging — kept consistent across every touchpoint.

›  Run social hands-on: LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit, and dev communities — strategy through publishing.

›  Build the visual brand system: guidelines, templates, and a look that’s instantly TinyFish.

›  Translate technical wins into stories: benchmarks, product drops (API, MCP server, Mino), outcomes.

›  Run a content engine, not one-off posts: a repeatable calendar tied to launches and moments.

›  Grow founder & exec presence: ghostwrite, coach, and build thought leadership.

›  Read the data: track engagement, reach, and follower growth; double down on what works.

›  Direct partners when it counts: brief and manage designers, agencies, and freelancers.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

›  6+ years in brand, social, or content marketing, ideally tech, SaaS, AI, or developer-facing.

›  A track record of growing social channels and shipping content that moved real metrics.

›  A strong sense of brand and taste: typography, tone, color, the small details.

›  Excellent written English and storytelling that makes complex, technical things clear.

›  Fluency in every platform’s mechanics, plus comfort with analytics to prove impact.

›  Efficient use of AI creative tools to ship faster at a high bar, and a habit of staying current.

›  Self-directed, comfortable with async; strong English. Curious about AI agents and the dev ecosystem.
