Partner with founders and hiring managers to build hiring strategies, own the full recruitment lifecycle, source and develop talent pipelines across functions (engineering, AI/ML, product, GTM), improve recruiting operations and employer branding, and hire top talent in Vietnam and the U.S.

Build and run RevOps systems: administer HubSpot CRM, keep pipeline and deal data clean, run forecasting and GTM reporting cadence, track comp and quotas, support deal desk/quote-to-cash, own lead routing and attribution, and partner with marketing and finance to create renewals and expansion reporting.

Lead hands-on creation of video, motion, and static assets: concepting, storyboarding, shooting/directing, editing, animation, and brand system development. Own video pipeline, animate product visuals, translate technical wins into clear visuals, and brief/manage external partners to scale production across channels.

Lead TinyFish's brand and social strategy: own voice, visual identity, and messaging; run hands-on social across platforms; build repeatable content pipelines; translate technical wins into clear stories; grow executive thought leadership; direct designers and agencies; measure and iterate on engagement and growth.

Lead Product Designer to define AI-native product experiences and 0→1 architectures. Design LLM-centered interaction paradigms, probabilistic UIs, and systems handling hallucination and uncertainty. Partner with product and ML engineering to influence models, create evaluation frameworks, and mentor designers to build scalable design systems and cross-functional processes.

Build and maintain reproducible data pipelines, experiment orchestration, CI/CD for models, Terraform-based ML infrastructure, observability, security controls, and automation to deploy and operate ML systems in production.

Own net-new enterprise sales to AI-native companies and large enterprises. Run complex multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end: build champions, construct business cases, negotiate multi-year contracts, manage procurement, partner with product/engineering, maintain pipeline and CRM, forecast accurately, and travel periodically for accounts and events.

Design, train, and deploy scalable ML models (generative, classification, regression). Define feature roadmaps, collaborate with engineering to implement code and APIs, adapt ML methods for distributed/GPU environments, and create evaluation/annotation programs for fine-tuning and performance measurement.

Own TinyFish's commercial growth in Japan by sourcing, developing, and closing net-new enterprise accounts focused on AI infrastructure. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals, build business cases and negotiate contracts, and recruit/enable reseller and SI partners. Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast precisely, and align local market needs with global GTM.

Design, build, and operate secure, compliant AWS environments using Terraform and automation. Build CI/CD pipelines, security automation, observability, and support containerized and serverless workloads. Contribute to ISO 27001/SOC 2 compliance, create developer tooling, and troubleshoot complex platform issues in a distributed team.
