What you’ll doSelf-serve content & resources
Own and refresh our self-serve resources: copy, videos, images, diagrams, flowcharts, and help content, so users can discover, understand, and buy without ever needing a sales call
Review these resources regularly to make sure everything is current, accurate, and functional
Optimize FAQ and help pages with better search, auto-suggestions, filtering, and clear structure so users find answers fast and get less confused
Monitor customer feedback and questions, then close the gaps and fix unclear content quickly
Partner with product marketing to design retargeting campaigns that nudge free users toward buying the platform
Track industry trends and competitors’ self-serve experiences, and bring fresh ideas back to the team
Growth & experimentation
Design and ship growth experiments across the funnel: acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, and expansion, then read the results and iterate
Dig into product and funnel data to find where users drop off, and turn those insights into concrete experiment ideas
Draft and refine lifecycle messaging (email, in-product) that helps new users reach their first “aha” moment faster
Help shape self-serve onboarding and activation flows so users hit value in minutes
Senior undergraduate student or recent graduate in Technical Writing, Marketing, Communications, English, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Excellent written and verbal English. You can explain something technical to a non-technical reader in plain, clear language, and write with personality
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving instincts. You catch the broken link, the outdated screenshot, the confusing sentence
Comfortable with data and user behavior. You can pull a funnel, spot a drop-off, form a hypothesis, and use analytics to decide what content or experiment to run next
Organized and self-motivated, able to own your backlog and run your own experiments without being micromanaged
Genuinely curious about how products grow, how users decide, and how PLG actually works
Hands-on mentorship from experienced growth, product marketing, and GTM professionals
Real ownership. You will run actual experiments and own content that customers see, not throwaway drafts
