This is a 6 month contract, fully remote role and we will only consider candidates working in the United States.
At Grafana Labs, we’re looking for a Recruiting Sourcer focused on GTM/Sales to help build the future of Grafana by finding and engaging exceptional talent. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Recruiters and Hiring Managers to design tailored sourcing strategies, connect with passive candidates, and be the first touchpoint at Grafana Labs.

What you’ll work on:

Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing campaigns, etc.

Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to creatively amplify job openings internally and uncover great talent through employee networks.

Think outside the box to discover new candidate pools, utilizing research, creativity, and a strategic approach.

Proactively diversify candidate pipelines to support our commitment to building an inclusive and representative team.

Map talent markets and share insights on candidate flow, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.

Engage prospective candidates through compelling outbound messaging and support initial qualification conversations to assess interest and fit.
What we’re looking for:

3+ years of experience sourcing for an in-house recruiting team.

A strong communicator with a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Someone passionate about connecting with candidates and who thrives in an outbound-driven sourcing environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize effectively, and work independently.

Research-driven and intellectually curious about talent markets, industries, and trends.

Creative, innovative, and highly results-oriented.

Prior experience sourcing Sales Talent or GTM talent is strongly preferred.
The day rate for this role is $300-$400 and actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
