About the Role

You'll join Vibe's People team and own end-to-end recruiting across our go-to-market functions — Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer. We're on a path to 2.5x revenue in 2026, and the GTM org is our growth engine — this role exists because we need to build it fast and build it right. If you want full ownership of a high-stakes recruiting function at a company that's defining a new category, with the autonomy to shape process rather than just execute it, this is that job.

What You'll Do

Own the Full Recruiting Cycle

  • Run end-to-end searches for GTM roles — from intake through signed offer — with no gaps in ownership

  • Source proactively into passive talent pools using LinkedIn, outbound sequences, and community networks

  • Conduct structured interviews and deliver clear, evidence-based candidate assessments to hiring managers

Partner Strategically With the Business

  • Lead intake conversations with GTM hiring managers to define role scope, success criteria, and calibration benchmarks

  • Advise hiring managers on market realities, compensation expectations, and interview best practices

  • Push back when a job spec or process creates risk — act as a partner, not an order-taker

Drive Pipeline Quality and Speed

  • Maintain a consistently healthy pipeline across all open GTM roles — never let a search go cold

  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance) weekly

  • Identify bottlenecks in the process and fix them without waiting to be asked

Raise the Bar on Candidate Experience

  • Ensure every candidate receives clear communication, honest feedback, and a process that reflects Vibe's standards

  • Move fast — compress time-to-offer without sacrificing quality or rigor

Build the Infrastructure

  • Maintain clean, accurate data in our ATS (Ashby) to support forecasting and reporting

  • Contribute to building scalable sourcing playbooks and interview frameworks as the team grows

What You Need

  • Proven track record running full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps) at a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech company

  • Experience managing multiple open searches simultaneously without quality slipping

  • Ability to source effectively into passive talent — not just manage inbound pipelines

  • Strong instincts for evaluating GTM candidates: you understand sales motions, quota structures, and what separates a good hire from a great one

  • Clear, direct communicator who builds trust with hiring managers and candidates quickly

Nice to Haves

  • Experience recruiting in the adtech, martech, or streaming/CTV space

  • Familiarity with Ashby as an ATS

  • Experience building or improving recruiting processes at an early-stage or scaling company

For candidates in New York, NY, the pay range for this role is $125,000-$155,000.
